Is the captain from US Coast Guard who is a licensed master which includes a yearly knowledge test and drug testing as well as first aid and triage courses or is he a bogus operator owning a few boats in his time working from his backyard ***Are they licensed by the city of Miami or Ft. Lauderdale to do business, or incorporated by the state of Florida specially insured for charters including liability Are they also active in the many great tourism associations of Miami and the Beaches How many charters have they been on a few or a lot Would you go on a charter if you knew you were just the third customer Im sure theres a chance that its just some honest people trying to make a buck utilizing their boat during these tough times but theres no guarantee of the vessel or your safety. We dont recommend the use of a charter only the ones that are not recommended. What do you have to lose, it only takes a few seconds....
