I need someone that is an expert in Quickbooks.
I mean an EXPERT!
We need someone to come to the store pick up our invoices.
Then create reports and print out checks ready for mailing.
Plus create a very neat filing system for invoices.
This is very part time, maybe once week stop by and pick up invoices, enter data, print checks, data backup, etc.
Stay at home mom is OK.
You can pick up the invoices and enter them at your house.
Please do not respond if you are not an EXPERT in Quickbooks.
$11 a hour is the rate.
I can 1099 your fees.
I am very flexible with hours.
