Accounting Support Administrator

Responsibilities would include:
Responsible for general office duties such as filing, data entry, and copying.
Develops and administers spreadsheets and reports.
Supports Accounts Payable:
Reviewing monthly statements
Resolve discrepancies
Entering payables in accounting system
Supports Accounts Receivable:
billing
statement delivery
securing delinquent payments
bank deposits
cash receipts
sales imports
credit card processing
Supports General Ledger:
Download, review and post bank transactions
Setup and monitor Brinks vault services.
Assists company executives with projects and basic admin support as needed.
Maintains and secures a high level of confidential information.
Requirements:
Two years of experience working in an administrative/bookkeeper support role required.
Associated Degree
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
