We are a well established and rapidly growing mortgage banker originating business in multiple states. We are looking for seasoned DE mortgage Underwriters for both Retail and Wholesale Lending.
The right person for this job will be a friendly, highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with multi-tasking capabilities. Initiative, excellent follow up, reliability and deadline performance are essential. Customer service is required directly with our clients. FHA underwriting experience is required and VA knowledge is advantageous.
Prospective employees will have a stable job history, verifiable professional references, and possess the following:
-5 years experience in FHA Underwriting and conventional A paper
-Knowledge of Basic Mortgage Software
-General computer skills such as email, Word and Excel are required.
Location: Denver Tech Center
Compensation: Total compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
