Position Role and Responsibility:
Seeking a BILINGUAL Spanish/English Customer Support Representative to become part of our Sales Operations group. The position includes Customer Support including order management, inventory management, RMA (returns), forecasting, customer support and various reporting on activities.
The qualified candidate will be able to learn very quickly in a fast-paced environment- we are growing!!
Must have great communication, follow-up skills, organization, and be able to work well with a team.
Skill requirements:
Proficiency in SAP software
MS Office this position works extensively in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Knowledge of inventory management
** Proficient in both English and Spanish languages **
Education: High School Degree mandatory
Location: Englewood
Compensation: $18-$20
