This busy office seeks an experienced CSR to manage P&C activities, both personal lines and commercial. Duties includes all aspects of service to clients, quoting and writing of new business. The candidate needs to be a non-smoker in good health, needs to be fully licensed, needs to be a self starter with need of minimal supervision after established in the agency, should be anxious to assume full resposibility in the day to day agency activities. References and details chronologically of past insurance experience are needed. Need recent employment information. If currently employed, that employer would not be contacted. The candidate needs to be familiar, with hands on experience, in using the computer in performing the various required functions of a CSR. Speed and accuracy are necessary to keep pace with this positions requirements. It is important that the person has an outgoing, friendly demeanor and really does like people and displays their desire to truly help the client that they are working with. Compensation: $37K up with increases based on job performance
