We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant in a small business environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Expertise with QuickBooks (preferably within multiple company environments)
- Payroll experience
- Proficient with both MS Word & Excel
- Prior executive assistant experience
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
- Outstanding customer service and professionalism
- Marketing experience a plus!
-Ability to work on your own with little supervision
