We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk -- Part Time. Position will report to the Controller and reside out of our Littleton Office, located on Littleton Blvd between Santa Fe and Broadway. Position will work 5 hours per day Monday through Friday. Core hours are 10am to 2pm, with a flexible schedule for additional hour worked each day to be before or after core hours.
Example: Begin 9am / End 2pm or Begin 10am / End 3pm
Position is Part Time (25 hours / week) with the potential to go Full Time (40 hours / week).
Responsibilities:
1. Code invoices
2. Data entry invoices
3. Write checks
4. File
5. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Must pass criminal background check
2. Must pass credit history check
3. Must use electronic devices (such as computer,) necessary to perform job responsibilities
4. Data Entry / 10 Key experience
5. Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
