Denver based Mortgage Company looking for a Mortgage Loan Shipping Specialist.
•Reviews funding request from external doc prep companies for completeness.
•Organizes data for proper input into our internal funding system.
•Prioritizes work to optimize customer service for our loan officers.
•Coordinates funding with third party providers. (i.e. Doc Prep & Title)
•Processes funding orders accurately and timely.
•Adjusts fundings when changes occur.
•Performs the major functions of the job with general supervision and indicates sufficient experience and training to perform nearly all functions of the position
•May perform other duties as directed or required.
Location: Greenwood Village
Compensation: $28-$32,000
