We are looking for a bright, articulate individual who is interested in a permanent part-time position that includes a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Receptionist duties
Answering phones
Data entry
Invoicing
Filing
Miscellaneous Accounting support as needed
Work with customers through telephone and email contact
Office supplies management and ordering
You need to be:
Reliable
Friendly
Organized
Productive
You need to have the following skills/traits:
Computer familiarity (Word, Excel & Outlook experience helpful. MAS90 or other manufacturing software experience a major plus)
Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people
Good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant telephone presence
Zeon will provide training for the right person.
