You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers and collect outstanding receivables on the call.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to card members to collect outstanding receivables
Deliver excellent customer service on all calls
Meet all performance targets set by management consistently
Adhere to all company and client policies and procedures
Maintain an excellent attendance and punctuality record
Practice teamwork
