Must have an understanding of the lending and credit/risk business processes, strategies, and procedures .
Responsibilities include overseeing the efficiency, productivity and compliance of the department; ensuring the accuracy and completion of all Loan Reporting functions; maintaining the segregation of duties and other internal controls essential for a prudent balance between portfolio growth and strong credit quality and administration; assisting in the implementation of risk control, loan related regulatory compliance, reporting and auditing ; oversight of the Loan Servicing Dept. which includes escrow processing, loan collateral processing, loan disbursements, etc.
Supervisory experience and at least 10 years experience in loan operations and/or credit administration, as well as, experience in financial and portfolio reporting. Experience in loan system platform and standard software applications is also required. Degree in accounting, finance and business is recommended.
