Accountant/Office Manager

Marquesto Technology is a small firm that provides managerial accounting support to not for profit clients. It is our desire to find someone that is willing to perform a variety of different tasks and share in the excitement and challenge of growing our small business. This position offers flexible hours with part time potential. Job responsibilities include: Supervise and/or prepare payroll, Bank reconciliations, Financial statement preparation, Assist clients with annual audits, Attend & coordinate board meetings as requested, Coordinate accounts payable using Quickbooks, Help prepare budgets for clients, Assist on other projects that may arise, Assist the investment side of the business when necessary. Candidate must possess excellent communication & organization skills as well as be a self-starter. Candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in the accounting field and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products (knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus). Salary is based on experience.
