Job Title: Purchasing & Transaction Associate (must be a fluent Spanish speaker)
Position Reports To: Transaction Center
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide support to Procurement and Stakeholders / Business Partners in transactional activities.
First line of contact with Stakeholders.
Conversion of Requisitions to Purchase Orders.
Ability to provide training in regards to transactional activities.
Ability to manage activities relating to P-card and activities around that spend channel.
E-catalog support.
Knowledge of Sox compliance.
Clearance of blocked invoices.
Capability to provide a mindset of Continuous Improvement with processes.
Maintain database of approved suppliers.
POSITION GUIDELINES:
Undergraduate degree in business.
Familiarity with SAP ERP system.
Working knowledge of ERP systems.
Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office products and Visio.
Customer Support mindset.
Team Player and willingness to work closely with others in the Procurement Transaction Center.
This is a part-time opportunity that is flexible. You are able choose your hours. If you want to work three 7 hour days per week, you are able to do so. This is a long term contract opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.
