We are an industry leader looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to our Shared Services Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of the team.
Train and develop new staff.
Run special Ad Hoc reports for leadership.
Oversee and manage the invoicing process through our vendor.
Assist and suggest process improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.
Manage and/or assist with department projects.
Manage, coach and train staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4 year degree
3-4 years of management experience (including delegation, coaching, training and mentoring).
4-5 years of related work experience.
Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects at one time.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of accounting software systems/ability to learn software quickly.
Ability to meet deadlines within short time constraints.
Strong understand of the AP process.
Ability to prioritize and stay on task with limited supervision.
Location: South Metro
Compensation: $50k - $60k + bonus
