We are looking for a VP of Finance for a Madison manufacturing company. They are roughly $200 million in annual revenues with projected growth. . Their ideal candidate will have significant manufacturing and some public accounting expeirence. Leadership and change management skills are truly required in addition to the financial expertise.
Candidate Summary
Candidates will be strong, accomplished, well-rounded manufacturing finance executives who have demonstrated consistent career growth and accomplishment. He/she will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressively responsible finance experience within well-regarded organizations, including a strong background in financial and cost accounting. Specifically, career assignments in public accounting, plant control and/or accounting, audit, division control or FP&A would all be valuable. He/she must have strong attention to detail, as well as the strategic and communication skills to serve as a strong business partner at the company and Group levels
An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and CPA certification is preferred. A Master of Business Administration degree is desirable
