Sidney & Son’s Law Office is a medium sized law firm that specializes commercial real
estate law world-wide.
We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to provide administrative support to our staff
and office, including, but not limited to: data entry, photocopying, filing, mailings,
invoice processing, and setting up for events.
Qualifications:
*High attention to detail and ability to be meticulous in his/her work.
*Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Ability to track and record the status of his/her work.
*Hard work ethic
*Personable personality
*High School diploma; some college preferred
Availability
We are seeking someone who can work with us 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate
will be available for some weekends for overtime pay (2-3 weekends every 6 months).
Salary
We offer a highly competitive hourly wage from $18-$23/hour, based on applicant’s
experience and qualifications.
Compensation: $37440-$47840 DOE
