Our medium sized company desperately needs an admin. assistant to accomodate our new responsibilities.
We really want highly motivated and energetic applicants for this position. This is for a position working directly clients and managers. Your role will be to facilitate client interactions mainly including major evaluations.
Job duties will include:
- Communicating with clients via phone
- Managing higher management schedules
- Sorting files
- Directing emails
Our requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- MUST be team oriented
- Be able to initiate tasks by yourself
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Strong attendance
- Previous office experience a plus
