M&M Environmental (www.mmenviro.net) is an environmental service provider specializing in Indoor Air Quality and Pest Management. We have been in business 8 years and have been experiencing tremendous growth over the recent past. We’re looking to bring on an intern to help assist our dynamic management team in the day to day responsibilities of sustaining and contributing to this growth. We are headquartered in New York City and work servicing residential and commercial property owners, insurance companies, health facilities, restaurants, retail stores, schools and hotels. Our firm is privately owned and operated. Earlier this year we received QualityPro certification, which is the highest distinction for a service business in this industry. We also continue to be recognized by the Better Business Bureau as an established leader in our sect.
Each year we run seasonal internship programs for college students looking to enhance their experience and understanding of business. Currently, we are seeking out an earnest candidate to assist mainly with inventory control , tracking and maintenance. Supplemental responsibilities will also be delved in, like:
- Verbal and Written Presentation Skills

- Business Operations
- Internal Practices
- Research
- Marketing
- Public Relations & Social Networking
- Sales Cycle
- Organization
Hours for this position will be 2-3 days/week, either Tue, Wed, Fri or Mon & Thu, 10 am 6 pm.
You should be either a sophomore or junior in college with minimum GPA of 3.25. This is an unpaid internship but we will provide a stipend for all travel and meal expenses.
