Basic Function:
Performs a variety of routine clerical accounting duties and prepares routine financial reports and summaries.
Responsibilities:
- Review the Bank¡¦s accounting transaction documentation for completeness and accuracy and researches account variances. Ensures transactions are classified and recorded according to established procedures.
- Balances worksheet totals, reconciling transactions to ledger accounts.
- Verifies mathematical accuracy of accounting documents.
- Gathers and researches data to prepare routine financial and accounting reports, summaries and statements.
General knowledge of basic Accounting/Bookkeeping procedures.A/R,A/P.
ć Basic PC skills.
ć Effective communication skills.
ć Detail oriented, strong organizational skills.
ć Capable of working well both independently and as a team member.
- May provide guidance to co-workers.
- Performs other related duties and projects as requested.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience.
- Proficient in utilized spreadsheet programs and department specific software.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Basic math skills..
Ideal Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent in work experience).
