Hey Snow Birds. I am now taking applications on our one level unit in beautiful 5 star Sandestin Resort in Florida. Our 3 bed room unit has 1 king, and 2 queens. Small fully stocked kitchen. Glass top stove, dish washer.. Stacked washer/dryer. Ceramic tile, wood flooring, & carpets... All utilities included. Cable, phone, TVs in bedrooms.. Glass porch w/ac. overlooking the golf course. Patio for grilling.. ...This is our personal vacation unit, and we do not have it on the rental program. .. My daughter has posted pictures on Fasebook for viewing, until she has time to put it on Craigslist..... Kimmie malloy. I will except one small pet with a non-refundable deposit.
$1.375.00 a month
$450.00 deposit
$65.00 cleaning fee
