The Grey Barn is a beautifully renovated house specially designed for vacations, retreats and short term rental in the heart of the Finger Lakes. With four unique bedrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs, it will easily sleep 7+. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed a single bed and a full futon sofa bed. The new kitchen is large and completely equipped. There are large sunny living spaces, a dining area and an open upstairs area for recreation and kids to play. 1 1/2 baths and full laundry make it a complete home away from home. There is a porch from the upstairs to enjoy the views and a tiny fish pond. Have a BBQ outside on the grill provided, eat dinner and and watch the sunset. On 2 acres there is lots of room to get out and enjoy the country. This house is perfect for families visiting students, reunions, weddings, or any occasion. We are close to Cayuga Lake ,Universities, Parks, Wineries, Ithaca and the Airport. Linens,towels, soaps etc. provided. Price $250-$500 per night (for the whole house) dependent on season . Less expensive than renting multiple hotel rooms and going out for meals. Week rates available. Lots of parking. “It is so awesome! I wish I could live herewritten by one of our guests !
