i have a 1997 dodge ram extended cab 4x4 2dr automatic, v8, 8foot box, everything works ok, runs ok, has all new front end, brakes, rotors, balljoints, ujoints, bearing(hubs), tie rods and ends, steering shock, everything new, over 1500 in parts , it has 170k , also new wires and plugs, and oil change
the truck sits in my yard so i figured i would throw it on here, the only thing wrong is as you can see it needs to be finished painting, the driver seat is ripped, and the door is like a normal dodge door the hinge is bad, still shuts just not all the way, and the windshield has a crack, smokes some on high rev,
the only thing needed to pass inspection is 1 new tire 265 75 15 in back, and windshield , check engine light is on so is the oil light so im thinking an oil sending unit
it smokes, like valve guides or valve seals, windshield is guna need replacing, a speed sensor needs replacing, and when warmed up and ideling goes down the oil presure drops, u step on gass to get back near 1k ideling and its fine, so either tighten up ideler or a oil sending unit, and it needs a back tire, door shuts but hinges are bad so it dont shut all the way, and driver seat is ripped, thats about it, yea it seems like alot but i dont know, i got it 3 months ago and its been sitting since just driven around the yard here and there
