2-floor brownstone with self-contained master suite on upper level (upstairs bathroom has his-and-hers sinks and jacuzzi tub). Home has wooden deck leading to backyard and a kitchen with up-to-date appliances. On the ground floor is a dining room, living room, and 2nd bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is exposed brick throughout our home and high ceilings with recessed lighting. Rental includes flat screen TV, contemporary and modern furniture, towels and sheets. Laundry service and gourmet meals a la carte available upon request. We are 15 minutes to Manhattan by car, 10 minutes to PATH train to NYC. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Jersey City with easy access to public transportation. $200/night or $1,000/week.
