ROOM #2 ($70 a night) - delightful DOUBLE bedroom with 2 double beds, cable TV, fresh bedding and towels provided.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower attachment with a separate toilet (obviously). Again, cleaned on a daily basis to a very high standard. The bathroom is shared with a maximum of up to 2 others who may be staying in another room at the same time.
You will also have free wireless, cable TV and a large fridge freezer to store your fresh food, drinks or whatever you need to. Closet space is ample too.
The kitchen comes complete with large fridge freezer, kettle, 4 hob oven and microwave. All cutlery is provided aswell as basic condiments such as ketchup, salt, sugar, cooking oil, butter, etc The living room comes with TV, 3 piece suite, dining table, overhead fan
My aim is to please and that all guests who stay in my apartment leave having had a great vacation and are eager to return when they next visit NYC. If you need anything, Im just a phone call away and I pop in every day to clean the kitchen and bathrooms daily. The MINIMUM stay is 3 nights.
All I require is 20% (which is non-refundable) of the total cost of your stay, Which is to be paid via www.paypal.com (I DONT accept cheques, bank transfers or money orders) to secure your booking.
The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Each room has 2 sets of keys which you will be given on arrival and are to be returned on your departure date.
Check out time is 12pm on your departure date. This is so I have enough time to prepare the room(s) for the next guests. I work full time and so need to fit housekeeping around my own busy schedule.
