Drive onto the quaint country bridge and over the stream to what appears to be a simple house. Don’t be fooledit hides a beautifully appointed, light, clean and huge interior. A separate addition to the house allows families, or large groups, to travel together and maintain privacy. Each group can relax in their own private sleeping area and then meet in one (or both) of the two dining areas for the big family style meal.
Enjoy cooking in the large, well appointed kitchen.
Eat in either of two dining rooms.
Relax by the wood stove on a cool country night with some books or board games.
Warmer weather brings grilling on the back patio, relaxing in the Gazebo by the stream, and swimming in the stream!

Would you like to be catered to this weekend How about your own private chef It doesn’t get much better than having a live-in gourmet chef to cook and clean up for you. His schedule is limited so be sure to ask about availability. Charges are in addition to, and separate from, the rental rate but do not increase the amount of your deposit.
“Private Outdoor Guideoption
Your private chef is also a New York State licensed guide and very familiar with all the fauna, flora and trails in the area and he is registered with the New York State Outdoor Guides Association. His schedule is limited so be sure to ask about his availability. Charges are in addition to, and separate from, the rental rate but do not increase the amount of your deposit.
Up to six people: $550.00/weekend
Up to twelve people: $750.00/weekend
A weekend begins Friday afternoon and ends on Sunday afternoon.
Holiday weekends begin Friday afternoon and end on Monday afternoon.
