This private bedroom has a QUEEN SIZED BED, 100% FREE wireless internet, CABLE TV, FRIDGE w/freezer, AIR CONDITIONER, HARDWOOD FLOORS, fresh bedding and towels.
The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower attached with a separate toilet (obviously). Again, cleaned to a very high standard.
The shared kitchen is also available for your cooking. It comes complete with large fridge freezer, kettle, 4 hob oven and microwave.
All cutlery is provided in the downstairs shared kitchen, as well as basic condiments such as ketchup, salt, sugar, cooking oil, butter, etc
$60 per night depending on double occupancy $10 per night per extra person from third person. This gorgeous one bedroom suite sleeps one to three people. NO PETS.

The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
The room has 1 set of keys which you will be given on arrival and are to be returned on your departure date.
Check out time is 12pm on your departure date. This is so I have enough time to prepare the room(s) for the next guests.
