I have an 18x21 rolled roof metal carport in excellent shape that I would like to trade.
I have a room in my basement that I would like to turn into a playroom for my 2 youngest children.
Value of the carport is $2219.00 online, the room I need done is about 14 x 16. I can do the electrical, one wall is finished and one wall is concrete block, a little furring and 2 more walls, some drywall and cheap carpet and we have a room.
