Use of quiet 3 room office

This could be a great deal for someone who has some kind of service or business that could use an office in a secure building right in the heart of midtown. This is a quiet place that is just opposite Penn Station. There are three rooms: a little waiting room, a main meeting room and a back room with a phone and internet service (phone service and internet are included)..... I use it only about 2 days a week so it is available on other days and weekends. It is set up for bodywork, massage or counseling but could be used to meet business clients. I am interested in bartering for anything that I might find of value. I could especially use someone who is could do some turnkey internet marketing for my bodywork practice. On the other hand, if you were in a ramp up mode in your business and could pay a very reasonable rent in 2 or 3 months that might work with the right person.
