Heres the deal: You carpet us with the blue, grey, brown, you know, typical office floor covering, and well keep you in years of exclusive access to cool show biz events like movie premieres, private screenings, rare premiums, promotional items and other cool access you can use for yourself, your family or for customer relations. We dont even need it all to match, but we do need the other crappy carpet taken up and discarded, although we can probably work it out to be dumped via our freight elevator.
