We are a group of dedicated Fitness Instructors, Certified Personal Trainers, and fitness enthusiasts looking to offer the people of Rochester a unique twelve-week opportunity to lose weight healthfully and competitively!
As your ultimate sources of guidance, encouragement, and consultation, we provide over 30 classes per week to bring you a whole new level of fitness, health, and personal well-being. These classes include:
-Pilates
-Complete Core
-Cardio Kickboxing
-Boot Camp
-Strength-Tone Class
- Group Training and Personal, One-on-One Training
- and more
There are four locations for these classes to better serve you and there is no gym membership needed to be involved in Rochester’s Weight Loss Challenge!
This 12-Week Weight Loss Program includes:
Weigh- Ins: -Weekly
-Beginning and ending measurements
-Weigh-ins by body percentage
Nutrition Education: -Learning about carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, etc
-Supplement sampling
Developing Healthier Lifestyles: -Focusing on eating properly
-Achieving both nutritional and fitness goals
There is no contract and you are not committed to anything when you start this challenge. Top three winners are determined by body percentage loss, not just by total body weight loss. There are over 1,500 dollars in prizes and 500 dollars cash to top three winners and participants. Prizes range from massage packages, salon packages, gym memberships, personal training packages, gift certificates and more!!!
