We all know that the LSAT is a big deal, the biggest in terms of where you get into law school.
Like it or not, how you prepare for the LSAT will make a big difference. You have a range of choices in how to prepare. If you’re thinking of getting a tutor or studying on your own, check us out.
There are a lot of LSAT tutors out there - and its worth your time to find one that really knows the LSAT and pushes you to your top score and then beyond. Theres a big difference between doing well on a test and teaching someone else how to improve. (Theres also a difference between having taught the LSAT for many years and being a good teacher.) We’re so confident that our tutors are among the best, that you’re welcome to do a free trial hour with us. See for yourself. If you’re still interested after the trial hour, there are different packages at different prices (but if you’re looking for a $40/hr tutor, we are not the place for you but scroll down, we do offer a less expensive self-study course).
Many students sign on for our -on-1 LSAT Bootcamp, where you receive all 5 of our books, including 20+ LSATS, 36 hours of online recordings of our classes, and 10 hours of live instruction -- all for $1500. It’s comprehensive and customized. It’s worth noting that our teachers are some of the highest paid teachers in the industry ($100/hr) and undergo an amazingly rigorous selection processes: we reject at least 90% of candidates who make it to the final in-person stage in NYC. Finally, we offer a cutting-edge curriculum that emphasizes mastery - if youre looking for tricks or score guarantees, go to one of the big companies.
If you’re looking for a less expensive option we have a superb self-study program. For $225 you can build your own prep course. Well even send you a curriculum to guide your work and tell you what HW to do when. If you know youll do better with a bit more help, you get 6 months of access to the recordings of our prep classes (36 hours of instruction) for an extra $200. If you want a bit more help than that, $625 gets you all the books, the recordings and 8 hours of live online small group tutoring with one of our teachers. In these sessions, you e-mail your questions to the teacher beforehand so that he or she prepares mini-lessons on those. The recordings are of an actual class, not lectures that will put you to sleep. If you want to see a sample, e-mail us and well send you one.
Our books were written by true professionals who scored in the 99th percentile and have years of teaching. We can tell you all about how great our books are, but its better that you look for yourself. Download a free chapter here: www.atlaslsat.com/store.cfm. What you might not see in the sample chapter is that our books are oriented towards the top-end of the LSAT market, folks looking for a 170+. That said, we aim to make our books accessible and engaging for all levels. We know that if the writing is boring, youre not learning. Our books have lots of drills and real LSAT practice questions. If youre just concerned about the logic games, you can simply buy our logic game book (or Reading Comprehension, or Logical Reasoning), or buy the complete set of strategy guides and practice books (with over 20 real LSAT prep tests).
