EXPERIENCE IN TUTORING MATH
I have OVER 8 years experience in tutoring algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus to students of all ages. I have been a tutor in both of the colleges I attended, Skagit Valley Community College (SVC) and Western Washington University (WWU). Although most of my experience has been in one on one tutoring or small groups, I am willing to tutor groups of all sizes.
EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING MUSIC
I have been teaching piano for over 10 years, but recently started teaching beginning guitar and voice. I can teach many styles of music which include: classical, improvisational, basic Jazz, arranging, accompaniment, original composition, song writing, theory, notation and recording software. Although I cannot play other instruments, such as trombone or clarinet, I have a well trained ear and would be willing to help students who are in band at school. If they have or want to do a solo, I can accompany them on piano as well as help them learn their own music correctly.

ABOUT ME
I am recently married and have lived in Washington, viewing the beautiful foothills near Mount Pilchuck, all of my 28 years. When I am not doing music or volunteering for youth groups, I do crafts, Indian beading, crocheting, and friendship bracelets. I also enjoy hiking, sailing, recording music and spending time with my family who are also all musicians. Being home schooled through high school, I understands the importance of the family experience and will be sure to bring that dedication into everything that I do.
