Ive been with CitiMortgage since 2006 or so and have never had them call about payment and I usually pay within the grace period. If it is paid within the grace period it as if it was paid on the first. I have pulled my credit report and they always report me as on time. Is there more to this story Did you perhaps have a late payment at some point or maybe this is a new policy and I need to check
