Dedicated overhauler with too many bikes. Get either a completely ovberhauled bike or a nice frameset.

First is a high-ten steel frame about 15 years old now. It comes with everything you want on it in the picture(only on the black bike). Brake suck, the wheels are out of true, its just taking up spacconde bike rack for 4 bikes
