An old scooter someone converted to a bicycle by using parts from a childs tricycle. It is belt driven with a wooden pulley. The belt is new - the rest is all original. It is ridable but the rear tire has a crack and the seat has a chunk missing. It would be possible to replace the tire but I think the best use for this would be a display piece in a bike shop or someones garage.
