This is a brand new Scattante FR-560 Fitness Road Bike. I just bought this bike, rode it for about 10 miles and quickly realized it was not for me. I prefer a regular road bike. So, now its for sale for $125 less than Performance Bikes sale price of $799. My loss, your gain. Its a 54 cm size and it will fit someone whos 57" to 510" tall. Note that the bike computer shown in the pictures is not included in this sale.
