Up for sale is an early to mid-90’s Georgena Terry Classic women’s bike. It’s the smallest size made, which is 16 inches or 40.5 cm and the frame is made of Tange double-butted steel tubing. I purchased this bike used, but I know the parts are all original, except for the saddle, hoods & bar tape. My bike mechanic said that the bike didn’t seem like it had been ridden much at all (and I didn’t ride it much). The bike does have some scratches probably from being moved around, which I tried to capture in the pictures. The paint still has a shiny, glossy finish. The front wheel is 24and the rear wheel is a standard 700c this combo allows for lower standover height and avoids toe overlap.
The saddle (seat) is a brand new “old stockleather version of the original saddle it’s the same exact saddle that originally came on the bike, except it’s leather instead of vinyl. The hoods are brand new “old stockShimano 600 Ultegra hoods. The Cinelli bar tape is new. Tires are new.
I love this bike as it is cool looking, rides really smoothly and is great for short people like me (I’m 41. I hate to sell it, but I am moving and space will be limited so I thought it might be a good idea to sell one of my two Terry bikes.
