700c tubular custom-built race wheel

Selling my custom-built racing wheel. This wheel is brand new having never had a tire mounted to it or glue applied to it. It was part of a project Im just never going to get around to. The specs are as follows:

Hub: BRAND NEW Black Ritchey WCS. Listed weight Ive seen is about 110g. Hub has zero miles on it, bearings feel really good. Skewer included with wheel.
Rim: BRAND NEW Sun M19AII, 24H, TUBULAR (glue-on/sew-up) rim, 700c. Its advertised at 375g but Ive seen it tested at between 370g and 395g. Its a shallow rim- Id guess between 19-22mm. Width is about 18.5. Would recommend using a 19c though I slipped a 21c Tufo s3 lite over it for testing and overhang wasnt that bad.
Spokes: Sapim CX-RAYs, 24, laced radially as you can see. I will throw in the two extras I have.
Labor: Handbuilt by Bluebonnet Bicycles in Lewisville.

I have a second brand new, never laced, identical rim you can have as well (the other half of the project!)
