This charming house boat is no longer sea worthy but has lots of life left if you have someplace to park her on dry land. She is carpeted, has knotty pine paneled walls, comfortably sleeps 3-4, has a galley kitchen with propane stove and fridge, a lounge a dining nook with benches and table, a sound system with a CD player and radio, a covered front porch, an upper deck outside, and an indoor commode and a sun shower outside.
