This is a really nice riding 16 foot boat. Deep vee hull with high combings and windshield. Nice large storage shelves under the combings. Includes convertable top with zip out camper back. Closed bow with huge storage under. Very low hours on the engine. The boat sat in a block boathouse for 30 years (69-99) The Dash has the original working speedometer and Ampmeter along with the overheat ignition light. The motor runs great but the lower unit stopped shifting forward and is disassembled. I have a guy who does great work on old motors who estimates he can fix that for about $300.
I had to remove the original gas tank as the fuel was the consistancy of a brownie pan when I got the boat in 99.
I replaced the tank with a mounting rail and (3) - 6 gal portable plastic tanks (very handy for refueling cheaply at the local station).
New bilge pump with float switch.
New interior in 2000 Back to Back fold down lounge seats.($380)

I installed lifting eyes on the transom and the boat was stored out of the water on the lift inside my boathouse.

The deck needs a paintjob and a piece of laminated wood for the dash board. The original rubber hull liner needs to be replaced with carpet and you will have a sweet old boat.
