Boat so good that they started making these again. The new boat costs $33 000. The price another santana 22 for sale in craigslist is $5000 (look for sale, enter santana 22) Hawaii boats and yahts had one for sale for $8200 will show you a copy. So you could save like $7000:) Work a little, save a lot. I saw all rotten wood out. It is empty you could make a new bunks & walls or sail as is in Maalea Bay.
