sailboat newport 28 mk2 sloop

i am selling al my boat projects sinds i go on pension and moving , after a fel last year from my roof a could not work on the projects , and now my pension is near so i moving on and sell all

so the boat is a newport 28 mk 2 she needs tlc , and tthe engine was frosen ,
she sits on a steel cradle in my yard , the value of the cradle is always 1000 dollars if you dont used it annymore , its included in the sale , i both it from the johnson boat yard in ithaca , you can always el it for 1000 back to annyone who needs a sailboat cradle like that

if you are a bid handy you can have a wonderfal project , newports are wel know sailboats , i have annother one , a 30 ft mk 3 , she is not a project and i also going to sel here believe me
i am verry glad with newport , myself i was river capt in europe and i am engineer for more then 40 years
