Prime Resins is looking for a full time Q.C. / Lab Technician. Immediate need. We are a 27 year old, financially stable, epoxy and polyurethane manufacturing company.
Required Skill Sets:
1. Ability to follow written procedures.
2. Intermediate computer skills and aptitude.
3. Excellent attitude and ability to learn quickly.
4. Ability to work independently and with a team.
5. Ability to stay organized and prioritize responsibilities.
Job Duties Include:
1. Perform all laboratory quality control tests on resins we manufacture.
2. Perform quality control tests on incoming raw materials.
3. Print production batch sheets as needed and close out once completed.
4. Print product labels for each batch.
5. Run finished goods inventory reorder reports.
6. Manage MSDS filing program for raw materials.
7. Prepare samples for sales and marketing purposes.
8. Assist Chemist as needed.
9. Assist sales and marketing team as needed.
10. Dispose of laboratory chemical waste according to the written procedure.
11. Keep the laboratory neat, clean and organized at all times.
We are looking for an individual who can work quickly, neatly and accurately. We will provide training on all procedures, so dont worry if you dont have the exact experience.
