A leading environmental company is seeking a Field Service Technician. The qualified candidate will work mainly outdoors monitoring groundwater, surface water, air, soil, and waste water samples.
He/She will collect and perform on-site testing of the samples using a variety of equipment, create and maintain data records for state and local permits, and monitor sites for major clients throughout the southeast.
Overnight travel approximately 30-50%
Flexible schedule: typically between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications
BS in Environmental Sciences or related fields mandatory
40hr OSHA Certification
Current and applicable computer skills necessary
Valid drivers licenses without major moving violations
Must be able to work outdoors through out the year in all weather conditions
Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) required
