Renowned leader in the food and dietary supplement is looking for an experienced process engineer / formulator / manufacturing technologist with a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing gelatin or hydrolyzed protein products.
Applicant must be experienced in all aspects of manufacturing from raw material preparation, hydrolyzation, filtration, and spray drying. Individual must also be well versed with equipment and process technologies.
Ideal candidate would have worked in a gelatin manufacturing plant, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
