POSITIONS: Sales and Recruitment Consultants for our Permanent and Contracting Businesses
Your core responsibilities, which may vary depending on your role, would include the following:
•Opening and developing new accounts in the Life Science market
•Identifying and qualifying job requirements in areas like the following: Clinical Research, The Sciences, Quality, Regulatory etc
•Identifying and Qualifying potential consultants including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking
•Utilize state of the art recruiting tools, technology and best practices to assist you in earning business
•Becoming a trusted business partner of your key contacts aimed at assisting them with their hiring needs
Requirements:
•Sales and/or Recruiting experience with a strong interest in the Life Science/Biotechnology Arenas
•Strong drive, desire to succeed
•Demonstrated ability to think “outside of the boxbe resourceful
•Ability to influence others
•A team player attitude
