We are a well known and expanding bowling company who is excited to fill our Manager Trainee position at Spare Time –Clifton Park and newly renovated City Sport Grille located @ 1668 Route 9, Clifton Park, NY
We will train you in all aspects of managing a bowling center, from managing staff to the daily physical and fiscal operations. Candidates must be dependable, enthusiastic, fun, motivated and customer service oriented individuals who can set priorities, multitask, effectively manage employees, and lead by example.
Business development skills (marketing/sales) and organization skills and a background in food & beverage skill are also very important for success in this position.
We offer a competitive compensation package including salary range of $35,000-40,000, a generous company sponsored life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401k plan, bonus potential and career growth opportunities.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience.
Availability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends, as these are the busiest times in a thriving recreation center.
Passion for customer service and knowledge of basic business operations.
Ability to achieve targets and set goals.
Ability to take direction from upper management and communicate effectively with staff.
