We are looking for independent virtual recruiters to assist in filling IT job orders we receive from our direct clients. The goal of is to locate, evaluate, and ultimately place IT professionals who distinguish themselves from their peers with our well respected clients.
Duties include:
•Design and execute recruiting strategies for the IT market and technical positions
•Recruit standout IT candidates through networking, posting job orders, recruiting calls, and joining professional IT organizations
#61472;Conduct candidate interviews
•Evaluate candidates employment history, education, technical expertise and salary requirements
•Discuss contract or direct hire opportunities to the candidate and facilitate the negotiation of compensation
Our specialized focus is in Software Development & Engineering, Project Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, e-Commerce and Systems Integration.
The ideal candidate for our team will have strong communication skills and a solid IT recruiting background.
