General Contractor is seeking Job Site Foreman-Supervisor to manage an interior build out of a medical facility. This would be a contract job for 4 months.

Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in commercial or healthcare projects
-Capable of managing all phases of on-site construction
-Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA Standards
-Must be able to document and maintain accurate project records
-Must be a able to maintain the project schedule
-Ability to communicate with and manage sub-contractors
-Must have good computer skills
-Good reading and writing skills
-Good blue print reading skills
-Clear communicator, good attitude, organized.
-Bachelor degree or certification in a related field is preferable
